Shipping & Returns
For purchases made directly through the website, the shipping cost is calculated based on the total amount of your order and the shipping option you select at checkout. Shipping time and cost will show in your cart when you place your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy.
To return an item to us, please email us here with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for returning. You will receive a confirmation email detailing the return process. Items must be in the same condition as when received and must be postmarked within 30 days of your order to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving your return.
If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered when received, please contact us for an exchange at no charge.
